Dispatch

Orders will generally be shipped within 4 business days from our Brisbane warehouse (except in the case of backorders / pre-orders).

Before our socks are shipped to you, we carefully inspect them before we wrap them up, to help ensure that they arrive in perfect condition - if this is not the case, please reach out to us here. 

Shipping charges

Our shipping charge is a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia and $15 to New Zealand, however this charge is waived if your total cart is over $100. 

Insurance

Your products are insured against loss while in transit to you. Once the parcel has been delivered the goods are deemed your responsibility and insurance from dot on a sock ceases. 

Shipping providers & delivery times

Deliveries will be made using Sendle or Australia Post.

You will receive an email once your socks have been dispatched. This email will include a link to view and track your order.

Over the last few years, environmental factors have greatly impacted delivery times to certain regions. If you feel your delivery is taking longer than it should, please check the tracking of your parcel using the link provided in this email and contact us. if there are any issues with your parcel delivery.

If you are not at the address supplied when Australia Post attempts delivery it is your responsibility to organise the pickup or redelivery of your order within 7 days.
