NDIS Claims

If your NDIS plan is self or plan managed - you may be able to use your NDIS funding utilising your consumable budget in core supports (core Support Budget Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety Code 0103). However, please check with your plan manager or coordinator.

If you would like an invoice or quote to claim your purchase, please follow the directions below.

1. Browse our store and add your selection of sock packs to your cart.
2. View your cart and add the NDIS participants details to the additional information section (if there are multiple, please add details for each person you are purchasing for).
3. Click the Checkout button and fill in your address details.
4. Self-managed customers - select and complete your payment method and complete order. Plan and program managed customers - select NDIS Quote (for payment by plan / program manager) and click complete order.
5. You will be sent a PDF invoice (self-managed customers) or a quote (plan-managed customers) within 3 business days.
